For the 8B, we know that it is a transposition by blocks. (see the forum).
The length is 1435 letters (5 * 7 * 41).
As Harry is nice, the blocks have 35 letters only (and there are 41 blocks).If you take the 35 first letters, you can make 4 distributions:

A little help with a spreadsheet give the code for the transposition. (C C R and 3 4 0 1 2)
The hard work is to do this 41 times. 35 letters is 7 groups of 5, it is easy to copy-paste.
It is harder for 9B with blocks of 21 letters.
