By when do we have to have decrypted Challenge 10B (roughly) to be in with a chance of winning one of the prizes? (And how soon can you let me know?)

[I am afraid this is all rather Top Secret. We would hate for people to be too focussed on the prizes and to give up once they are out of the running for them. After all, you can all potentially get a lot out of solving 10B, whereas only a few can win the prizes themselves. Sorry to disappoint, Harry]
