How the safe was opened.
The clue was in the model number 4CAC0.
The 4 indicating a four digit code needed.
Assume diamond forms a ‘circular’ dial then
each digit pressed indicated how many clicks to then move C or A.
CAC: The sequence, C = Clockwise A = Anticlockwise.
A zero being at the end indicated the last digit of the code so
logic should have shown the need to finish on zero (no more moves).
In short:
Starting on left hand 6
6 clicks Clockwise to 3
3 clicks Anticlock to 5
5 clicks Clockwise to 0
0 moves – it opens.
