@Madness Hmph okay then.
From what I gather:
My best guess would be that the alphabet is still in order, but the number of characters to each letter of the alphabet is weighted for the frequency of that letter in English. for example, ‘z’ would have one letter mapped to it, but ‘e’ would have far more. I think the idea is to have relatively even frequency distribution to make attack by frequency analysis harder.
