Python may have been the smarter way to do it but we finally managed to crack it yesterday with a relatively simple excel spreadsheet. Lots of counting to work out columns and numbers for the first block then just adding 26 to everything for a long time did the trick! Thank you Harry and the elves for an amazing year in our last year being able to compete–we will definitely carry on though!
