I noticed that if the cipher is divided into equal sections of 3 * 7n (such as 21, 42, 63, etc.). The number of /, |, and \ are always equal in each section. Perhaps there is a certain way to transpose the special characters in sections so that 21 special characters represent three needles (7 special characters represent one needle) and bring us closer to the answer.
