Getting in touch with potential winners

We are in the process of contacting our top competitors in order to ask for some details for our prize committee deliberations. We have used the website message system to contact the top twenty or so teams on the final leaderboard (which is still TOP SECRET for now) asking them to get in touch to provide the requested info.

If you think you might be in that group (and if you submitted correct solutions to all the part B challenges from rounds 4-10 and submitted a correct challenge to 10B on or before Christmas Day then you might be) then please make sure to check the messages in your account page.

Hi Harry, I really, really, really want to know how I did. I know I am nowhere near the top but I want to tell my school how I have done, they no nothing of this challenge and I want to show them how good it is!!!!!! Do you know when I will find out so I can tell them? My Nana keeps asking too!

…if the leaderboard will be updated on the same day as the Bletchley Park prize-giving, when will the prize-winners know (roughly) if they have been invited to Bletchley Park or not? [Because I want to know!!]

 

[We have emailed the teacher contacts for our four winners and for those who have been invited to Bletchley for the prize giving. We might (but only might) have a few spare tickets for the event on 7th Feb if some are not required, in which case we will offer them down the list, but we can’t make any promises. Harry]
