Mission 7 Ciphertext

I solved the cipher from mission 7a, but the message seems to end abruptly. Am I missing part of the ciphertext, or is that intentional. The ciphertext I have is this (I cut it down for viewing purposes; the important part is really only the end characters): NOGXI AVBUI WVJXS … SLGZF ZNRDS LIJQ.
