If you are new to the site then you might not be sure how to find out “How To?”, ie, How to How to, or (How to)^2 for short.
Luckily the Elves (Harry’s private trouble-shooting squad) have not been idle and have provided a number of places where you can look for help:
- In the main menu bar at the top of every page there is a How To … item that leads to a number of guides explaining how you can register an account or teacher’s account; bulk register and monitor several accounts (if you are a teacher); submit your answers to our (more or less) weekly cipher challenges; get feedback or download your certificates.
- Perhaps managing a team is the most complex feature if you have friends who are joining you in the Challenge, so there ares articles on How to accept an invite to set up a team and How to set up and manage a team.
- There is also a list of FAQs which you can explore.
- You can read the rules of the competition and learn about our data protection policies under the Find out More menu item, as well as learning a bit more about the competition and our prizes! You will also find a link to information about certificates, achievement awards and the prize-giving ceremony in that section.
