You might have noticed some team names were missing from the leaderboard today. If yours was missing, don’t worry, you haven’t done anything wrong. It is just that we think you might accidentally have given away a bit too much info identifying you, and we wanted to give you a chance to change the team name if you agree. We take privacy ULTRA seriously at BOSS and wouldn’t want you to accidentally give away your secret identity.
If you are affected by this you should have received a message from us. You can read it in the messages tab of your user area. The team captain can change the team name in their user page and once you have done that the new name will appear in future versions of the leaderboards. (We will re-run the Challenge 1 leaderboards later this week to make sure you get the honours you deserve all the way through.)
If you have any questions about this you can post them in the forum or can email us at cipher@soton.ac.uk.
Hope you enjoy Challenge 2!
