I can now see the case file, but it is appears to link to a 404 not found image and is simply a white line waiting to load. I assume this isn’t intentional? Or it’s just a really meta clue 😛

Could you try clearing your browser cache and trying again? Let us know if there is still a problem. Thanks Harry
