I would like to add to my answer No. 4:
Every 30 minutes, the studs are aligned and are located on the same radius of the circle.
However, they can also be aligned on the same diameter. For example, at minute 21, they are at marks 4, 19, 4, 4, and this occurs every 30 minutes.
