Hello everyone, as referenced on this topic and many others, the IoC for English is 0.065-0.067. But when I put the frequencies of all the English letters into my IoC-calculating spreadsheet, the IoC comes out as closer to 0.060. Anyone know why?
Might be hard for anyone to say why without looking at the text and the spreadsheet! Harry
