I figured out that it was a homophonic substitution on Friday, with all the bigrams being in pairs (seen through the bigram freq analysis tool i wrote). However, since friday noone in my team has been able to accurately match up the bigrams as some of the frequencies come out weird, but after doing a rough match up with expected english letters I did a vigenere cipher split for every 2 letter (grouping as if there was a 2 length key), and this gave me no T in group 1, but every 2nd letter (group 2) DID include T, which was strange but also hinted that we got something correct in the initial bigram pairing approximation. Since Saturday, we havent got anywhere and have just waited for case files to drop. I noticed that the casefile was picked from 2A and edited, and the cipher machine from 6A and 5B hinted at something, but currently I still dont know what it means lol. Also, I looked at the intro, 3A, and 1A and spotted the plating cards there, but can’t link up the two (previous challenges with the current one). Also, I think the casefile might mean 2*26=52 but the triangle has just melted my brain. IM SOOOO CONFUSED HELP PLEASE HARRY
