    same I’ve tried every type of polybius cipher from bifid to playfair and this one is so hard.Usually I would have solved it by friday T_T Have you worked it out yet?

    I would look at the length of the letter section, then the length of the number section, then see where you go from there!

    When stuck, always try simple things where possible. Here: count the number of letters, and count the number of digits / numbers. When you have the answers, ask yourself if this is a coincidence or not …

    Here’s your hint: What’s the length of both the sections of ciphertext?
    a-e: ???? chars.
    1-5: ???? chars.

    Can you do anything with that information?

    I don’t know whether this post will get in or not, but I remembered something from last years polybius cipher which has helped me crack this years. After the polybius square decryption, there is ALSO a 2nd level of encryption.
