So is this common that one has a cipher that contains a letter within a letter (post-“putting two and two together”)?

I am having difficulty downloading and opening resources on the BOSS Training Division section. Would it be possible to find the documents online without having to download?

You should be able to open most of the links on a new tab without having to download the pdf file I believe. Is it the powerpoint slides that you’re having trouble downloading?

I’d suggest checking the downloads folder or similar on your device? Sometimes the file downloads silently without opening, so it can look like nothing happened. If clicking the link still isn’t working maybe right click and try downloading file that way?
