I’m thinking of Norwegian Fredrik Rosing Bull, because of the logo in place of the name “Nellie” in the BBC report.

Could be… If I’m looking at the right image, then the file name is CC2025-tri-gnu-computer-200×300.png and the image looks like three gnu (wildebeest) heads.

GNU is a Unix-like operating system which has a gnu as its emblem. I don’t know about the ‘tri’ bit, but Richard Stallman launched the GNU free-software project in 1985.
