Is anyone else having issues with creating a team? When I click ‘create team’ on registration step 3 of 4 nothing happens.

Thanks for that, we think it is fixed now, but you may need to re-open your browser or clear your cache to reload the registration system. Let us know via the bug report system if the problem persists! Harry

I have created a team for some pupils so they now have a Team name, registration pin and set up password. They have been given all of this information but they don’t seem the be able to make the account active. What are we doing wrong? How does the team captain activate their group and be able to invite his team members – apologies if I have missed something obvious in getting them set up!

Has the team captain registered their own account on the site yet? Once they’ve registered an account, they can join an existing team using the details you’ve given them. The other team members do the same.

I’m assuming you mean to ask when the competition starts? The first challenge will be out next Thursday (8th October) and you can find a schedule on the Challenges page
